      Attendance from 14 – 40 weeks

      of pregnancy

 

Weekly classes include:

  • Gentle Hatha yoga asana (postures)  modified specifically for pregnancy
  • Remedial stretches and postures to    alleviate common symptoms of pregnancy, such as, lower back pain.
  • Breathing exercises for use during pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.
  • A guided deep relaxation.
